// As most of you probably saw, I spent the past weekend at Palmetto Bluff.  Two of my good friends and I were contacted by Toyota to take a sponsored road trip and Palmetto Bluff was the place we all three wanted to go!  It was beyond breathtaking.  To top things off, we couldn’t have asked for better weather. 

Or better company 🙂  These two kept me laughing all weekend long.  I am planning to do a full recap of our trip soon, but trust me, Palmetto Bluff will not disappoint! 

And not to worry, I did pack actual clothes, but these kept me warm and comfy at night. 

On Saturday night I wore my new Equipment signature slim blouse.  When I say this is the best fitting Equipment blouse I have ever owned, I am serious.  It’s a much slimmer fit, not boxy at all like the regular ones, plus, how cute are the stars.  It also comes in two other colors. 

// My crockpot has been getting used and abused!  These two recipes are so good, so easy, and the kids actually ate them both!  I call that a dinner win at my house! 

 I used this recipe for the Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings .  The only thing I didn’t use were the eggs, and instead of raw chicken breast, I used a rotisserie chicken. 

I also read somewhere that it’s best to cut your biscuits into four strips to give it more of a dumpling feel.  I couldn’t believe how much this tasted like homemade chicken and dumplings! 

And trust me, you want to try these slow cooker ground beef tacos.  I know they don’t look like anything special, but I promise you, they are so good and so easy! 

Happy Mail Day when these adorable glitter flats arrived!  I also noticed they matched our tree, so naturally, I had to snap a photo 😉  Since they don’t come in half sizes, and you happen to wear a half size, go up one.  These run a little on the small side.  They are super comfy and perfect for the holidays!  And speaking of comfy, these fleece lined leggings are the best thing ever! 

We left from our girls weekend bright and early on Sunday, and I couldn’t wait to get home see my little crew!  Todd and these cuties showered me with cards, flowers, and a delicious chocolate cake.  It was a perfect, laid back birthday spent with my three favorite people in all the world!

And last, these two have taken over our new bed.  Not sure which one loves it more, Taylor or Rocky.  I kid you not, Rocky runs and tries to beat Todd to his spot every single night, and Taylor has become a regular guest between the hours of 3am-5am.  Good thing they are both cute and cuddly.
