Hey guys!  I hope you all had a lovely weekend!  We had a great time celebrating the 4th pool side with our family and friends.  I didn’t pull out my phone one time, which was actually quite nice, but now I have no pictures.  I did, however, grab this one from one of my girlfriends off of Facebook.  Corn hole on the river.  It really was such a beautiful, sunny 4th of July!! 

//  I picked up this cookbook about a month ago at The Costal Cupboard in Mt Pleasant, and this week we are finally trying one of the recipes!  Stay tuned for which one I decide on, and how it turns out!  Everyone in this house is a huge fan of Chinese, so I have high hopes! 

// This adorable embroidered maxi dress was just marked down to 40% off.  Yeah, that puts it at a nice $38.40!!  I have it in the white, and it’s the perfect toss on summer maxi! 

Speaking of dresses, and keeping with my off the shoulder obsession, how cute is this stripe rope belt dress?!? 

// I feel like I have a dozen little projects going on around here.  I am normally not one to leave a project incomplete before moving onto the next so all this unfinished business is about to do me in 🙂 Hopefully I will get my act together and finally you show you guys the new “tweaked” living room this week 🙂  Until then, I ended up having an extra piece of art (obviously my measuring was a little off), so I found the perfect place for it in my office.  The talented Sarah Swanson created this for me, and I must admit, I am in love with it!!  And the gold frame by Framebrige is seriously even more stunning in person! 

// This blouse reminds me so much of this years floral Joie blouse.  The good news is that this one is only a fraction of the price, and I love that the colors are a little brighter.
