In just three days we will meet our sweet baby girl! I am so ready to see her and hold her!
But my heart is just so heavy for my friend Sarah today. She went into labor at 32 weeks Sunday night and was 9 1/2 cm dilated yesterday. Her beautiful baby boy Bennett was born yesterday and they couldn’t stabilize his heart or breathing. He didn’t make it! So yesterday Jesus got one special angel! I am writing this as tears just flow I don’t understand and my heart is broken! Sarah is the sweetest girl you could ever meet we have been friends and neighbors for over three years now and I just adore her and her family! If you could please say a special prayer for my dear friend and her family today!

Oh my goodness, my heart goes out to your friend and her beautiful family. There are no words for their loss, I am incredibly sorry. (and I've read her blog a few times via your blog roll, they are so sweet…).
My heart is so broken for her. Seriously, no words. I will be lifting her up in prayer.
Ah so sad. My mom is in labor and delivery…this happens so much more often then we think. Just terrible. Praying for your friends!

Ugh! I went to high school with Sarah and you'd never meet a more gentle, sweet soul. I hope they take comfort that this was God's plan, but it's still absolutely devastating. I'm praying for them and their dear family.

I am heartbroken for your friend Sarah. I KNOW her pain. The hardest part is still ahead of her. Trying to make sense of it all. I pray that people she encounters over the next few months are kind, thoughtful and sensitive with their words and advice.

I didn't realize that you are friends with Sarah!! My heart is breaking for her as well. My son also has achondroplasia just like her little girl. I had someone ask me if I had her address to send flowers. I'm not sure if you would feel comfortable sending it to me?? If so, could you? Thanks!
