I am not sure I would be one to ask on beauty tips, but I thought hey this sounds fun, so I thought I would share mine! I am so jealous of you ladies that can roll out of bed throw your hair in a pony with no makeup and still look beautiful! Not this girl, the hair takes lots of taming, and the face well lets just say it’s a process too!
1) The Hair- I have very naturally curly hair, not that you would ever know this because it’s always straight! I promise it looks much better this way! For Shampoo and Conditioner I use The Awapuhi Lathering shampoo and the cream rinse! This stuff is amazing, makes my dry hair so soft! For the flatiron I have the GHD and this sucker is the real deal!!! (So much better than the Chi)
2) For skincare- I use The Clinique Three Step I have for years and love it!
3) Makeup- I use a Hodgepodge of things my favorites being my Bare Escentuals powder, High Impact Mascara, and my Buxom Big Lip gloss!!!!
I'm always interested in what people do with naturally curly hair because I have the same thing! So, do you wash, dry and straighten your hair every single day and, when you do it, how long does it take? I love my curls many days but sometimes would like to be able to straighten them out . . just always thought it would be too much work and that I wouldn't be able to find a straightener that could do it!
I LOVE the Buxom lip gloss too- I use the Dominique shade, which is a Sephora exclusive. It's a shimmery clear, and I wear it over a lip stain. I think I am on my 4th tube of it!
I like Buxom gloss as well. BE makeup is the best, IMO.
I have the Clinique three step too – it's great! Thanks for the tips!
where can i find this shampoo and conditioner? would love to try it as i haved curly dry hair also! always fighting it!

Great minds think alike…we had the same title for our SUYL post over at Kelly's Korner!!! :-)Great tips!
I have super curly hair too and almost always straighten it as well. Lately though, I've been using the Kerastase Oleo Relax serum and letting it dry naturally. It's amazing! It literally takes most of the curl out of my hair and leaves me with shiny waves. I still like it better straight, but its a nice break.
Love your blog! Will definitely visit again! Have an awesome day! Come check out my blog sometime! http://mer9807.blogspot.com
I just got my hair cut today and my stylist used the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo and conditioner. It smells SO good! I'm gonna have to go pick some up.
Great pictures! I'm blog hopping and found yours. I'm now following. Would love for you to check out my blog and follow back!
I have very curly hair too, but for most of my life it was SUPER long, so I ever straightened it because it would have taken far too long, so I just kind of learned to love it being curly. I don't think I'd look like "me" without curly hair!
i swear by MAC plush lash mascara…and a really cheap one is maybelline falsies. they're so good!
