Hello friends, and happy hump day! I sure hope you all are having a good week so far!! My mother-in-law and Todd’s aunt Cindy are here for the week, and I’m not going to lie, it’s been so nice to have their company and the extra hands! Last night, my mother-in-law made the most delicious spaghetti pie (recipe coming soon for that), and after we all ate way too much, we worked it off with a dance party in the kitchen! I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a while watching Todd’s mom and aunt laugh asTodd and the kids did the floss.
Anyway, I just got the baby down for her morning nap and Carson and Taylor are outside playing with Bandit, so I thought I would hop on here real quick and share my June amazon purchases. You all have let me know that you love it when I share these in the past, so here ya go! And man, I seriously don’t know what I would do without Amazon, especially now with Corona and the new baby!!

You guys may remember that I ordered a similar chore chart like this last year for the kids, and while it worked great for a while, the black color was hard to read with the markers and it didn’t fit on our refrigerator where the kids could reach it. That being said, when I saw this white one that was not only the right size, but it also came with five markers and an eraser for $21, I decided to order it! And let me just tell y’all, it has been AMAZING in our house, as far as getting our kids to help out and learn how to start doing chores and everyday tasks on their own.
Hands down one of the kids favorite activities this summer!! These water balloons are so easy to fill and the kids have a blast launching them at each other…ha!
I normally wouldn’t share these with you guys, but Todd swears they are the best boxer briefs he’s ever put on, so if I have any male readers out there or ladies that want to buy their men some comfy undies, here ya go 🙂
Okay, so even if you don’t have pets, I give these candles a big thumbs up! I ordered the calming lavender scent and it smells so good. It’s not a very strong scent though, so if you’re looking for something to cover the entire house, this wouldn’t be for you! But if you’re looking for a light odor eliminating candle, then I highly recommend these. I am planning to try out the clean laundry scent next!
This bad boy will not arrive until tomorrow, but I have high hopes it’s going to be awesome and just what I’ve been looking for. A few years back, we had a similar Dyson that cost about triple what this did and it was the biggest hunk of junk ever. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this knockoff will do the trick, and help me keep the floors and carpets clean between the weekly big clean and mopping. I’ll be sure to let you all know what I think after I’ve used it for a few weeks.
If you have a teething baby, I canNOT recommend these enough! Reese loves these, and we have put almost every fruit and vegetable in here, and they keep her very content and calm between feedings!
I know I shared this bikini set with y’all last week, but I seriously love it so much that I’m thinking of ordering it in this green and white color combo as well. I mean, you can’t beat a fully lined supportive bikini set for under $30!!
Love the chore chart! What chores are your kids responsible for? My kids are around the same age and for some reason we have a tough time thinking of chores to put on our chart.
