Hello friends and happy Tuesday afternoon!
I hope you are all having a great week so far! It’s been a while since I’ve done a good hodge podge post, so I figured I would kick off this week with a little This and That post!
This past weekend, Todd and I took the kiddos and our two pups to the KOA campgrounds and we seriously had the best time ever. It was so nice to get away and truly enjoy time together out in the woods 🙂
We did lots of fishing and we must have hit a huge bed because Carson ended up catching 25 fish, while Taylor and I caught at least 15 combined! Todd stayed busy baiting the hooks and taking fish off the hook.
// Last night, I made this new homemade spaghetti recipe and everyone in the house LOVED it! Personally, I prefer a good ol’ jar of Preggo, but Todd and the kids all said they liked this new recipe the best.
Also, this cast iron skillet was one of my favorite purchases from last year and it’s currently on sale for $46! I would easily compare this to the $300 Le Creuset, and I bet ya it cooks just as good 😉
// I mentioned that I am planning on starting up my home organization again on Instastories yesterday. This time I’ve decided to take it a little slower and tackle one to two rooms a week. And since this is just a little organization revamp, I am hoping it won’t be as much work this time. I have a feeling it’s probably going to be just as bad, especially with two kids and the stuff we’ve accumulated over the last year and a half since I organized everything. But anyway, all of that was just to say that since you all seemed to like it so much last year, I’ll plan to share my tips, tricks, and supplies I’m using to get organized again this year!
