Even though it’s still pretty hot around here, I can’t help but to think about fall. I love almost everything about fall, but a few of my favorites are pumpkin flavored coffee, beef chili that’s been simmering all day, evenings on the patio with a glass of red wine, and of course all the fall fashion.

I cannot get over the fact that this mule is under $50! It looks so much more expensive to me, and I love the tiny brass studs for added detail.

Pretty sure I’m going to order this top in all the colors. It’s super cute by itself, and would also look adorable layered. 

I’ve been on the hunt for a good pair of deconstructed jeans for fall and with the awesome reviews on these along with being 40% off, I think I’m going to pull the trigger!  

This vest reminds me of the J. Crew vest that I absolutely adore, but this one cost a fraction of the price at $30. 

Okay this may just be the cutest sweatshirt I have EVER seen! Pretty sure I need this color and the blush one too! 

Speaking of booties, umm…how amazing are these!? I love the shorter block heel and the fact that they easily slide on. 

How cozy does this open front cardigan look? Well, it’s only $22 and comes in four colors! 

YES for a cute pair of sneakers that can be worn with yoga pants or jeans!! Added bonus, they slip on easily and are only $28.
