Good morning friends and Happy New Year!!
I hope you have all had a wonderful start to 2019! I am excited to catch you guys up on everything we’ve been up to along with some new lifestyle rituals we plan to start this year.
I know many of you have noticed I’ve been MIA around here and my social media lately, and honestly, I just needed to take a mental break for myself and my family. For the last few months I’ve been doing a lot of deep thinking along with CBT therapy, and I have really working on myself and the cause of my anxiety.
While I still have a ways to go, I feel hopeful after realizing some of the causes and I’m looking forward to applying new tools I’ve learned about to help me manage it. I promise I will share more on this topic soon, as I know a lot of you have shared that you also have struggles with anxiety as well. Even though circumstances may differ for each of us, and the cause for past and present struggles are different, I feel that I’m learning some life changing tools that are helpful to implicate a more enjoyable, fulfilling life. So with all that said, cheers to the start of a New Year…I have a feeling 2019 is going to be a good one!!
