We made it to the pumpkin patch this past weekend! We waited until Sunday evening to go so it would feel nice outside, plus, we were hoping it would be a little less crowded. No such luck with the less crowded part, but the weather was great!
I cannot believe how big my babies are now. And poor Carson took a spill on his electric Razor Saturday so that’s why his chin has a big strawberry on it and his leg is all bandaged up. Thank goodness he had on his helmet and that he didn’t get hurt any worse than a few cuts and bruises.
What I wore
On Saturday, we had a day full of errands to run. Taylor had gymnastics, both kiddos got a hair cut, and we had to grab a few things to fix up the nursery walls.
Comfiest dress for casually running around and I love that it looks cute with sneakers.
Speaking of sneakers, I have been wearing these non-stop!! Best $19 I’ve ever spent on a pair of slip-ons!
On Friday night, Todd and I had a date night and I was really craving some good fried seafood, but my back was killing me so I didn’t feel like dressing up or going anywhere fancy. That being said, I am so happy I felt this way because we finally tried The Wreck. Oh my goodness you guys, don’t let the paper plates fool you, this was possibly the best fried seafood I have ever eaten in my life! The shrimp and the hushpuppies were to die for!
This waffle knit tie top was and still is a favorite of mine from last year.
And while the restaurant itself is kind of a hole in the wall, it has one of the most beautiful views in Charleston.
And last, but not least, I am so so excited that we are heading to Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort next week!! We are going on a quick little three night stay to get away one last time as a family of four, but man I am thrilled. I can’t wait to do all the fall things, and I just checked the weather and it’s going to feel amazing there.
I just ordered this sweater to wear next week and I am just loving the neckline and the pretty pink color!
