// Both Taylor and Carson are doing GREAT at their new schools. I think it’s safe to say that Todd, myself, nor Carson got much sleep Sunday night. As a parent, it’s such a feeling of helplessness to see your kid struggle with feeling anxious and super nervous, and then on top of that, having to leave them in a new place for an entire day by themselves.
Thankfully, I am happy and so relieved to say that Carson walked to my car on Monday afternoon with the biggest smile on his face. He hopped in the car and immediately started telling me about his three new friends and how nice everyone was at his new school.
As for Taylor, she walked in and out of her new school with a smile on her face and without a care in the world. Yesterday, both of her teachers let me know at pick-up that she is doing awesome and that she is settling in nicely.
One of the biggest reasons that Todd and I decided to make the move was for the schools. We had been looking ahead, but after the tour at Carson’s school (which is where Taylor will be next year) we knew in our hearts this is where we wanted them both and there was no need to wait around. Now, to see them both so happy and doing so well already makes Todd and I both feel even more excited about our move and happy that we followed our gut feeling on this decision.
// I did my first Red Zone fitness class yesterday evening, and holy moly, I can barely move this morning. It was one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. I was completely covered in sweat afterwards. This video shows you almost exactly how the class was last night. It went for an hour non stop and no rest! I was beat and starving when I got home last night, and I know fruit is great to eat right after a workout, so I made one of my favorite super easy salads.

Laura Lane I am guessing you have a lot of time on your hands, you come here daily and leave nasty comments on my blog. You also tell me daily how you don't like me and how bad my blog is, yet you come back and read it EVERY SINGLE DAY! So I have a suggestion for you, and all of your friends over on GOMI! Why don't you guys actually stop reading my blog and do something you enjoy with your time. Surely you all have something better to do than just sit around talking shit about other women on the internet all day!?!?

Curly Girl Confessions 🙂 I mean seriously who has this much time to sit around reading and following someones every move on all social media when it's someone they don't even like?!? It's really sad to me 🙁
I don't understand why we as women try to take others down with negativity when all they are doing is providing for their family? We are trying to teach our children (especially our daughters) to lift up and encourage other women and here you guys are trying to take someone down. The fact that there is an entire website dedicated to poking fun at women and their jobs is ridiculous. Why are you wasting your time reading a blog just so you can poke fun at the way that it's written or the content of it? Why don't you go read a blog that you don't feel the need to leave a nasty comment on. Let's lift each other up ladies, not bring each other down!
