Happy Hump Day ladies!! I hope you are having a great week so far!
// We close on our house in 22 days!!! You guys, the real estate on Daniel Island is booming right now, but there really aren’t many homes for sale. That being said, we haven’t seen anything we’d be willing to put an offer on so I’ve been freaking out trying to figure out what we’ll do once we sell our house. Well wouldn’t you know it, like mama always says, “Everything will work out.” The buyers that are purchasing our house agreed to have us rent our house back until we find what we’re looking for and all we have to do is give them 30 days notice! They live up in DC and were not planning on moving here for possibly another year, so this truly is the perfect situation for everyone, and such a weight taken off for us! Our plans are to be on Daniel Island no later than the end of June, but hopefully sooner. We are toying with the idea of building, but my fear is that it would not be ready by the start of next school year! Ahh….so many decisions to make!
