Okay the baby is napping, and Carson is “resting” in his room. So let’s talk about this fabulous past weekend.
Friday night started out just right with the Lumineers concert. Hands down one of the best concerts I have ever seen. They were amazing. We had such a great time with our friends Kelly and Wes. I don’t think I have laughed this much in a long time.
See I told you. Why yes that is a funnel cake we are eating. We bought the last four at the end of the night. Yeah we may have been the last of a sold out concert to leave. ha! I also meet a few blog readers, such fun! Sorry I didn’t catch your names, but it was nice meeting y’all 😉
Saturday we had a 10:30 pool birthday party. Taylor and I rocked our Rickshaw Design semi- matching cover-ups!
My little man wore his mini boden swim trunks. Look at that blonde hair and tan skin, watch out ladies 😉
On Sunday we took the day to celebrate daddy. I started out so strong. Got up with the baby, cooked a big breakfast, and changed the first poop. Then we went out to the beach for the day. It was beyond beautiful. The weather was perfect, the babies were in a great mood, and it was so relaxing just the four of us. When we got home I kinda dropped the ball, I was worn out. I may have let Todd bathe the kids= epic mommy fail on fathers day. Still it was a wonderful day, and our children are so blessed to have Todd as their daddy.
Taylor hates to be messy….cant you tell? (wink, wink)
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend as much as we did!
Girl I swear you just keep getting skinnier. You and Tay look so cute in your rickshaw cover-ups mine already doesn't fit:( and damn I love a funnel cake.
so cute – looks like a great weekend . a lumineers concert sounds incredible – especially outdoors!

Such a flattering picture of us stuffing our faces with funnel cake! And PS, the next morning I found icing all down the front of my skirt – how did that happen?! Oh well, who cares? Such a fun night!
