// I am in complete denial that Christmas is in SEVEN days!!!!  I just ordered my last three gifts and I actually had them shipped to my parents just to be safe 😉  I can’t wait to watch my babies on Christmas morning.  There is nothing better than watching the magic through their eyes!

// Speaking of being in denial, I cannot believe we leave for the Dominican in TWELVE days!  But goodness, I am ready!!!  Crystal blue water and sunshine here we come!  A few things that will be accompanying me on this trip below…..

// Todd and I changed our minds on a whim and decided to go ahead and put the house on the market.  I was really nervous about Todd and I selling it on our own, but so far (knock on wood) it has been smooth and stress free.  If you are planning to sell your home on your own I highly recommend Isaverealty!  All I had to do was pay a one-time small fee, fill out a few papers, send over pictures, and just like that we were on the MLS!! Now as far as setting up showings, actually showing your home, and negotiating, that is all on us. And so far we have had two showings and we have another one tomorrow!  Seeing it all decorated for Christmas this month has me feeling a little emotional about this being our last Christmas here.
