ONE //
We have been working like crazy on all our outdoor spaces. Earlier this week I finally switched out our front porch planters, and I must say, I think they turned out pretty good. I can never get enough of pink hydrangeas.
//  Our patio is complete, and I’m so excited to finally be able to spend some time dining and relaxing in our backyard.

I am planning on showing you guys the full patio reveal with Grandinroad next week!
But that means Todd and I will be busting our butts this weekend to put in all the bushes and plants so this space will be looking top notch!
Lord help us, that’s a lot of stuff to plant 🙂
TWO //
This little lady and I enjoyed some time to ourselves this week. Carson has had baseball camp from 9-1 each day, and it’s been really nice to have some one on one time with Tay.
Picking up a few groceries and our favorite flowers.
// And because I really love her (and she asked for two days straight), we made the DIY hatchimals that she found on Youtube. Here’s the video for any of you that may be interested. Warning, it makes a big freaking mess, but she seriously has not stopped playing with these little balls of fur and their eggs.
THREE //
My girl Natalie hosted supper club last night, and as always, the food (and the company) were amazing!!

FOUR //

Wednesday evening it was beautiful outside, so we all decided to take Rocky on a long walk. On our walk, we discovered some gorgeous new trails that were just built near our house on the island. The views on these trails were so pretty, plus, the sunset that evening was breathtaking.

It was so cute to see the kids having fun together skipping rocks in the water. I am thinking that evening walks as a family will be happening a lot more this summer.
FIVE //
You guys have no idea how relieved I was to read all of your messages on Instastories saying you all didn’t like the book The Life Changing Magic of Tidying up. I mean, I agree with her overall message of getting rid of the things we don’t love, but holy shit, she took it to another level. I did have a few moments of laughter while reading it, picturing Todd coming home from work and hearing me thanking my clothes for the day…ha!

But because I’m desperately wanting to get everything organized in the new house, I decided to pick up this book. The reviews are great, and I love the way it’s laid out by each room. So, my plan is to start in the kitchen on Friday. And I know many of you asked that I share this organizing journey with you, plus, any tips I learn along the way so I will make sure I take some before and after pictures and will also share my thoughts on the book.

Ahh! You planters look GREAT! I'd love a tutorial on how to do those…. everything from selecting what to put in them, to how to plant them, to how to keep the dang things alive! I have a BLACK thumb!!

Will you link up the cute dress Taylor is wearing, or say where it's from? Thanks!
