Hey hey…Happy Monday loves!!!  And a happy Monday it is!!!  The Lilly Pulitzer After Summer Sale will be live in just a little over an hour!!  You guys already know this is a huge sale, but just to remind you, sizes and styles go fast!!  I can’t wait to see what all you pretty gals pick up, and I’ll be sharing my favorites later on this morning!! 

Don’t forget the new rules!  I shared the details here in yesterday’s post! And don’t forget Nordstrom will always price match and if I am guessing they will marking down soon too! If you see a dress at Nordstrom that is part of the sale grab it, then all you do is call customer service and they will refund you the difference!! 

// This weekend was a good one…fast and busy, but still a good one!  It was officially Carson’s last weekend before he starts 1st grade!  Oh, how I am going to miss that little guy so much!!  I made sure to let his teacher know that I am available anytime she needs me and I am happy to come out once a week or more if she needs me to help 😉  Last year was really hard for me not seeing him all day long, so this year I want to be as involved as I can be. 

// Friday night we headed out to our favorite place.  Freshfields is such a nice little slice of heaven, and being out there with the live music and all the happy families, you can’t help smile and have a good time!  At first, Carson was super bummed because none of his friends could come, but by the end of the night he was dancing with Todd and I  and having the best time.  Also, thank you so much to the three beautiful blog readers that came up and introduced themselves!  I can’t tell you ladies how much that meant to me!!  Thank you so much for your kind words, and for introducing me to your gorgeous families!  This is really what makes writing this blog so much fun and worth every minute 😉 

// On Saturday, we grilled out with our dear friends and neighbors!  We all know how crazy life gets when school starts, so we wanted to make sure we got one last night of fun with them!  Todd grilled some yummy, stuffed burgers and I made a delicious new pasta!  Recipe coming this week…I promise:)
