Happy Monday morning!!! Not going to lie, normally I would be a little bummed the kids had no school today. But, since I didn’t see them all weekend, I am pretty excited to have the day with them. Plus we have some friends coming over to play, and that always makes it fun for the both of us 😉
Back to our kid free weekend…………………
It was much needed. Todd and I took total advantage of the going out to eat “kid free” situation, and did it for every meal (including breakfast). I may have gained 5lbs (no I really did) but it was so worth every bite . We also managed to clean out our garage, organize every closet and drawer, and sneak in a movie. I would say it was a well accomplished weekend for sure.
Here are little snip its of our “newly organized home” you only get snip its because I was using a 50mm and couldn’t get the entire room in. My new lens is on its way though, so if y’all would like a full post with complete pictures let me know.
With all this organizing came tons of kids/baby clothing that no longer fits. Anyone up for a blog sale?
Speaking of organized I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Whitney English planner. I can not wait for it to arrive. When I woke up this morning, I always turn on my phone while still in bed (you know to wake me up) and this was the first thing on instagram I saw. Made me that much more sure I got the right planner 🙂

I would love to hear your tips for cleaning out and organizing your house. Looks amazing and full pictures would be great. You have a talent with photography already. You should do a post on how you have been learning with tips.
I'd be interested in any 5T or 24M/2T for this Spring/Summer. When my parents took my oldest after Christmas, the hubs and I shampooed our rugs! And ate out every single meal bc so much easier with just a baby!
I love the Sloan pencil skirt from Banana Republic. I own it in a few colors. Be aware though, it's a little long. I am 5'5" and have to get them hemmed slightly b/c it hits at a matronly length if I don't.
Everything looks so good! Organizing is my my favorite thing ever! Seriously, the best feeling (OCD anyone?) What lens did you order? I need to order a new one but I'm so clueless! Happy Monday! xo
It's such a good feeling to organize and purge. And since I've wrapped that up I now have space to buy all of the leftovers from you and Carson 🙂
