Hello loves, and happy FRIDAY!!!

I’m sorry that I have been MIA this week, but honestly, it was really nice to take some time off and it allowed me to have some much needed quality time with my family. 

The island kicked off summer with a concert on the lake last weekend! Todd and I had such a great time, while the kids of course had a blast running around and dancing with their friends. 

This dress is amazing! It has a built in bra and it’s so comfortable. Also, for sizing reference, it runs tts and I’m wearing the xs. 

// Our handsome fur baby is turning 14 this month!! It’s crazy to think he’s been a part of lives for that long and I can’t imagine our family without him. 

He loves to snuggle and sleep in the bed…I swear he thinks he’s part human 🙂 

 // Carson has been at the Riverdogs baseball camp this week and he was so excited that two of his best buddies were attending with him. They all said it was really fun, but after four hours in the heat each day they were worn out. 

// This past Wednesday, I attended the most gorgeous luncheon hosted by Preisfor. The food was delicious, the set up was stunning, and I had the best time catching up with some amazing ladies. 

// Speaking of delicious food, I made this grilled vegetable couscous salad last week and I completely forgot to share it with you guys! I highly recommend making this salad, it’s perfect for summer and it pairs great with any meat. We also added in sautéed red and yellow bell peppers to give it a little more flavor. 

// Last night, we had our monthly girls supper club and my girl Natalie hosted! The set up was beautiful, and of course, the food was knock your socks off amazing. It was such a fun night filled with funny conversations and lots of laughs! 

I’ve had a summer cold all week and have had zero energy to get ready so I stuck with one of my favorite comfy/casual maxi dresses and a ponytail with a scarf!
