// Our good friends came to visit for a few nights this past weekend. Mariah and I were really close when she lived here, and even though I don’t see her often, it’s like we never miss a beat when we get together.

On Thursday evening, we decided to grill out on the Todd’s new grill and enjoy the new patio! I’m telling you guys, these two things are already making summer more fun! A few of you asked about Todd’s grill, so here it is. This is the best price on this grill I’ve found, and they will also come and assemble it for you for free! 

Now, back to those tacos and Mexican corn…

Todd and I eat a lot of beef and chicken for dinner, but after eating these shrimp tacos I think we’re going to start adding in more grilled seafood to our diet. 

And you guys, at the last minute I realized that I didn’t have any cilantro for our homemade guacamole, so I used fresh basil instead and it was delicious!! 

//  On Friday, Todd and I got a sitter for the kids and for happy hour before dinner we headed to one of our favorite spots, The Islander. 

Mariah got the cucumber mule and I ordered the spicy strawberry margarita, and both were so good!

// One of my favorite off the shoulder dresses just came out in a beautiful pink, and also in a pretty blue color! 

This dress is only $55 and it runs tts. For reference, I’m wearing the 4 US (fits like a 0-2). 

// I finally started our kitchen organization yesterday, and I somehow managed to finish!! Oh, I can’t tell you guys how good this feels! And I know a lot of you had questions about my containers and baskets, so I’m planning to do a full post on all of that hopefully by tomorrow. 

// Todd and I ended last night with a glass of wine while listening to the frogs croak in our new favorite spot. It was a great ending to a long day 🙂
