I hope you guys all had a wonderful weekend! We had another busy, but super fun weekend!! 

// On Friday, I went out to dinner with a few girlfriends. It was such a beautiful evening, so we decided to start out with drinks on Shem Creek at Tavern and Table. After that, we ended up heading downtown and enjoying dinner at Hall’s. 

On Saturday, Todd and I took the kids to an early brunch at Laura Albert’s, which is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. My favorite is the fried green tomato and pesto ham sandwich. It is not gluten-free, nor is it all that healthy…but it is so darn good 🙂

// After brunch, it was already blazing hot so we decided to hit the pool. 

// On Saturday evening, Todd and I attended a fun summer soiree in our neighborhood. It was really nice because it was at our new pool, which is literally a rock’s throw away.

// On Sunday, we were lazy for most of the morning and through lunch. Neither Todd nor I can stand to sit around and do nothing for too long, so by 3pm we had to get out of the house. We decided to grab dinner on the beach at Coconut Joe’s. We saw that it was kids night with face painting and balloon making, so we knew the kids would have a blast!
