Today we are heading out to stay at The Alida Hotel for the next two nights, and I cannot tell you guys how excited we are!!! You all have been such a big help with all the restaurant and activity recommendations! I’ll be sure to share lots of pictures along with where we end up eating in a blog post when we return!

I made this pasta salad the night before last and a lot of you guys asked for the recipe. It was literally just a toss of fresh veggies I had from my parents garden, cooked pasta, feta cheese, mini pepperoni, and dressing from a bottle. I can’t even explain how good it was so I thought I would share in case you wanted to re-create!
3 small cucumbers, 1 yellow sweet bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 large ripe tomato. Mix all this together with a box cooked pasta of your choice, then toss in half a bag of mini pepperoni, half a box of feta, and half the bottle of Briannas Italian Vinaigrette.
