School officially starts back on Monday for our older two, which means tired hungry kids Monday through Friday! And we did way too much Doordash this summer, so I’ve been on the hunt for easy, semi healthy meals I know my kids and that Todd and I will all like.
I am actually making this weekend, and I am planning on serving it with green beans and garlic bread.
This looks delicious! And I would probably just make jasmine rice with this one since it has your meat and veggies already in there.
I absolutely love street corn, so I am dying to try this recipe!!
I have been on a meatball kick lately, but I’ve been using chicken and turkey so this would be such a fun change!!
