Throw your hands in the air, cause it’s Friday baby! This may go down in the history for one of my busiest weeks yet!
1) Carson had his first field trip this week at school. I was so happy I got the chance to tag along. As a kid, my mom always went on field trips with me, and it always felt special having her there. His class went to Middleton Place, and it was just beautiful. All the kids were so well behaved and they loved seeing all the animals!
2) Having lots of quality girl time this week. Between girls night, a birthday dinner, playgroup, and an art show tonight I have been one busy woman! Poor Todd got left with the babies solo almost every night this week. He’s a trooper though, and the kids only gave him one rough evening 😉
(he is probably reading this thinking keep your ass home woman and cook me some dinner).
3) We have a wedding this weekend! Which means my parents are keeping the kids, can I get a whoop whoop!! I ordered this dress on Monday, so I hope it comes in by Saturday. I am not even sure I am going to love it, but it was only $38.00 so I figured I would give it a shot!
(but after all my dinners out this week I am up 6lbs, so I may need a looser fitting dress.)
4) Finally busting out my welly socks. I have been waiting on it to get cold enough to wear these cozy things with my Hunter boots for a while now. I just saw that quote last weekend at our annual Houston Nutcracker Market and loved it! My mom ended up buying the little sign it was on for her best friend so they can laugh together. Have a fun weekend!
