I make a bean salad that looks very similar to that one. So yummy!! 1 can of chick peas, half a red onion, 1 yellow bell pepper roasted then chopped, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, then top with fresh grated parm.

Good for you. I find that I either exercise a lot or eat really well, but I'm terrible at doing both at the same time.
