// Todd, I’m not sure what I did to deserve a man as good as you, but I am thankful today and everyday to have you! Even though we say the words often, today on your birthday I want you to really know just how much Carson, Taylor, and I love you!! Every afternoon when you walk in the door from work everyone gets a little happier…even Rocky 🙂 And even though you may not know it, while I am cooking dinner there are many times I look out the window to watch you playing with our babies. I see the love and happiness on their faces (and yours), and I fall in love with you a little more each time. I love you to the moon and back Todd Hewitt, and I hope your special day is just as incredible as you are! 

// Today, Carson has a half day at school, so we have plans to have a birthday lunch with Todd at Ristorante Lidi on the island and then we’re going to take a peek at the house!! I am thinking I may just have to call today a cheat day and order some delicious pasta! 

 // Speaking of the house, our cabinets are supposed to arrive this morning, so there’s a chance we may get to watch them install them! And I also have a meeting at the house this morning to finalize all closet plans for our master and the kids rooms. It’s feeling more and more real with each little thing that happens, and we are getting so excited!! Here is a photo similar, but not exact, to what I am planning for the kids.

// Yesterday, I had some time to kill downtown so I did a little shopping on King Street. I found a lot of good stuff at Madewell, and the best part, most of it was on sale!
