Happy Friday!! 

It’s been a little while since I’ve filled you in on what we’ve been up to lately. I planned to do this post yesterday, but I woke up with a sore throat and felt pretty rough. I’m feeling much better this morning, so I’m hoping it’s just allergies. 

This past Sunday, I went to a baby shower for one of my dear friends. And since her sweet baby girl Caroline came early, we all got to meet her. Man I sure love a newborn, there is nothing better, and Caroline was a complete angel baby and didn’t cry one time. 

I sent Todd this picture and said, “Does this make you want another one??” His response was, “Haha… maybe…” Definitely makes me want to hold one! I am telling you, if Carson and Taylor were younger and we weren’t feeling so settled, we would totally do it 🙂 Either way, I’m looking forward to finally being able to travel and really enjoy time with Carson and Taylor now that they are older. 

I had a lot of questions about my outfit and bun, so I have linked all of that below. 

It’s been such a fun, yet busy week around here, but I feel like it always gets really busy at the end of the school year.

On Wednesday, Taylor had Water Day at school and I was able to volunteer, and watch all the fun! Her class is so precious and all the kids are really sweet. I had so much fun watching them run around laughing and spraying each other down with water squirters. There was also a big bubble station and a water slide, but long lines aren’t Taylor’s thing so she stuck with running around and playing tag with the squirters! 

Carson had his last baseball game of the season Wednesday night. I can’t tell you guys how much I enjoyed this season watching Carson and all of his teammates play. And seeing Todd coaching this year was so awesome, and I know it meant so much to Carson and Todd as well. I’m not sure if I ever told you guys this, but Todd has played baseball for many years, including four years of college on a scholarship. That being said, seeing Carson love baseball, and being able to coach Carson and his team brings Todd so much happiness! 

Taylor has become such an awesome little reader this year. Every night for about thirty minutes, she grabs her book and reads out loud to all of us…she’s just beaming as we all sit in listen.
