// School starts next week for both Carson and Taylor so I’m trying to soak up every last bit of summer with these two. I feel like I say this every year, but it truly does just keep getting easier and much more fun. That’s not to say I don’t miss the baby stage (because I do), but their personalities and independence at this age is something I am really enjoying right now.
This was yesterday after they picked the first two cucumbers from our garden.
// Speaking of the garden, not only have I managed to keep almost everything alive (except the tomatoes) but I’ve also kept all of my flowers alive and thriving as well. Maybe I don’t have such a black thumb after all…ha!
// This past Sunday we went on an almost 8 mile bike ride. We rode through some beautiful trails and also made a stop at our favorite beachy area on the river. It was so nice to get out with my little crew and finally get some good exercise.

// After our long bike ride we were all hot so we decided to hit the pool. The water felt great and I had so much fun goofing off with these three.
A lot of you asked about this swimsuit on Instagram, but the only photo I have of it was on my Instastory. I apologize for the blurry image.
For sizing reference, this one ran tts and I’m wearing the small.

// I ordered this pretty embroidered dress last week and I cannot get enough of it! The material is a nice weight and not see through at all!

// And last but not least, here are the pizzas that we made on the grill this past weekend. I am obsessed with grilled pizza now, and regular pizza just doesn’t taste the same any more.
We used the Trader Joe’s garlic naan bread for the crust. The grill was set at 350 and they all took less than 10 minutes to cook.
From right to left:
Pizza sauce (we used this one) // Chorizo Cantimpalo // Tomatoes // Avocado
Pizza Sauce // Chorizo Cantimpalo // Fresh Mozzarella // Basil // Balsamic Glaze (we used this one)
Pizza Sauce //  Chorizo Cantimpalo // Salchichón Salame //Prosciutto // Fresh Mozzarella

Olive Oil // Burrata Cheese // Fresh Figs // Prosciutto // Arugula // Balsamic Glaze

  1. You have me wanting to make grilled pizza so badly! These ages are the best! My kids are the same and it's amazing how many more activities you can do as a family!
