Happy Hump Day ladies!! Today I am bringing you a few things on my lust list and and a delicious healthy salad!
Oh yeah, and Gone Girl was insane!!! In a total good way, it was edge of your seat kinda good! Go see it if you haven’t yet!
Loving the print on this and the fact it’s long enough to wear with leggings!
I swear by this lip gloss and it’s the only brand I wear. I love that it gives just the right amount of color. This set is a total steal at $26.00

The wash on these jeans are perfection, but more importantly I hear they suck in your thighs!  My thighs are not particularly small, so I find it hard to find the right jeans. I am hoping these will be a winner πŸ™‚

So I found a twin of the ever so loved Equipment blouse. I have always loved the look of a simple blouse paired with jeans or a skirt. Plus, I am loving this beautiful blue.

Is this pattern not the cutest ever!! I hear Kristin Cavallari makes a great shoe. Have you guys ever tried them?

This coat is gorgeous!! It’s the perfect wool winter coat and the price tag is amazing!

Now, lets talk about that delicious healthy salad.  We had some friends over last Saturday night and served this with burgers, needless to say, it was hit!

    shredded cabbage***

ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup
    fresh cilantro leaves, optional
  • 2 Tbsp.
    sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for vinaigrette in a small glass jar. Cover tightly and shake well.
  2. Place one half of the vinaigrette in a large bowl. Place diced avocado in the bowl with vinaigrette and gently stir to coat. This will keep your avocados beautiful and fresh looking.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds to bowl with avocados. Toss gently. Drizzle with a bit more dressing and toss again. Divide salad among serving plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately passing extra vinaigrette at the table.
