Hey hey hey…happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We had another pretty busy, but fun weekend here.
// On Friday night, Todd and I headed out to celebrate a surprise birthday party for one of my girlfriends! It was such a fun night. The birthday girl, Alicia, thought she was walking upstairs to have a small birthday dinner with just a few of her girlfriends so she was super surprised when she walked upstairs to find about 50 of her closest friends yelling ‘Happy Birthday’!
What I wore
// On Saturday, we woke up early and packed our bags for a quick trip to spend the day and night with one of my best friends and her family! It’s hard to believe that Elizabeth and I have been friends now for over 15 years, and it’s even crazier to think that we are both married with kids!!! Well, she only has one right now, but by December they will have another precious baby boy to love on! It was so much fun to catch up and watch our kids play together.
And we even got to sneak in an adult only dinner at Frank’s 🙂 My off the shoulder dress is now back in stock in all sizes!
And let me tell you, everything we ate was so good, but nothing beat the dessert! Have mercy. I think I put on 5 lbs just looking at that thing…ha!
I have zero pictures from Sunday, but when we got back to Charleston we headed over to our friends/neighbors and enjoyed some delicious food off the grill. And while all the kids were upstairs playing, we laughed our butts off with a few rounds of Cards Against Humanity.
// Also, if you missed my post here on Saturday I shared sizing from a few of the things that arrived from the Nordstrom sale. I am still waiting on one more box, but I did have a few more things arrive, so I thought I would share those with you today. Sadly, my booties have already sold out, but I am really hoping they will re-stock them. You never know, so if you see anything below that you really want I would grab it now!

Obsessed with this jacket. It runs on the loose side, but that’s the style of the jacket. If between sizes go down. I am wearing the xs in the regular not petite.
Loving this dress and how super lightweight it is. Perfect for now, and then perfect for fall with a jacket and knee high boots. It runs on the bigger side, so if between sizes go down at least one. For reference I am wearing the xs.
