Happy hump day! I hope you all are enjoying your week so far.
// Each day I feel like we are slowly getting settled into our new home. Today, we will have someone starting work on all of our built-ins and closets, which makes me so excited. At this moment, we have metal garment racks in most closets and little to no drawer space, so getting laundry done and put away is no easy task. I am so ready to have it all complete, and I can’t wait to get every nook and cranny organized.
And how adorable is this little garment rack? I figured that when Taylor’s closet is complete she could use it for her dress up clothes. Or maybe all of her dance clothes! How adorable is this little tutu and these ballet shoes!!
// Our entire family has been gluten free for almost three months now, and I can honestly say it’s been life changing. We also cut out dairy for the first two months and just recently started adding it in a few of our gluten free recipes. The only person in our family that seems to have any sensitivity at all to dairy is Todd, and he only seems to have a reaction when he drinks milk.
So, just to make it easier we all switched to almond milk and everyone around here loves it. I also switched to vanilla almond creamer, and I like it so much more than the dairy creamer I used to put in my coffee.
I’m planning on sitting down to write an entire post soon on all the positives I’ve seen in our family since going gluten free, but the biggest positive by far has been Taylor and her ability to focus so much better. It’s pretty crazy the difference. Not only have Todd and I noticed, but her teachers have as well.
My favorite cookbooks are still the ones by Danielle Walker, but I recently ordered these three cookbooks, and I’m excited to test them out.

And here’s the recipe for the white chicken chili that I made on Monday. I had a lot of requests for this recipe via Instastories, so I thought I would share it here as well.
// I ordered these two books off Etsy last week, and I’m really excited to start using them. This year my goal is to cook at least four homemade meals a week, and to post regularly on the blog at least four times a week. After a little online researching I knew both of these little books would be perfect for helping me follow through and stay organized.
// And last, because it’s been a while since I’ve shared a good outfit round-up, here are a few of my recent favorites.

Hi there! Please forgive me if you've answered this before, but where did you find the pink rug under your coffee table?
    Thank you!

Can you tell us on your gluten free post if you are truly gluten free or if you have cheat days? I've been trying to figure out if cheat days negate effects someone's attempt at a gluten free lifestyle.

Have you tried the convertible tunic as an off the shoulder top? I keep looking for an off the shoulder sweater but the fit is always a bit tricky. Thanks!
