My sweet boy is SIX years old today! So cliché, but I seriously can not believe how fast these six years have gone by. I feel so incredibly blessed and proud everyday that I get to be his mama. To honor his birthday they get to have cupcakes at school and Carson wanted to make them instead of buying them 🙂 While they aren’t exactly perfect they sure taste good. Plus, for our first time, I don’t think we did that bad!

* I have been searching high and low for a plaid blanket scarf and I finally found one online this weekend!! My store was all sold out and I am guessing being priced at $16.99 they won’t last long online either!
* Todd and I are starting back our date nights this week!! The holidays were so busy so we kinda took a break, needless to say, I am very happy to be bringing date night back! Todd and I have both been dying to see American Snipper and y’all know I love a movie date! Has anyone seen this movie? I would love to hear your thoughts if you have!

My mom did things like this with me when I was little and I have always been so thankful for her being so involved. American Sniper is so so good!! I got that scarf back in the fall and love it. Clinique is my go to for everything. I had such a good time in Charleston! I feel like I ate all weekend 😉
ah my husband and i saw american sniper this weekend and it was amazing. definitely very intense and i cried a few times but it was SO good. makes me want to hug the neck of every single person who has served in the armed forces! my husband read the book and did say a few things were slightly different than the book but overall thumbs up from both of us. we were in a packed theatre and you could have heard a pin drop after the movie. enjoy!!
We saw American Sniper, and I agree it's intense and definitely will make you shed a few tears, but it's really good! Definitely worth seeing! I agree with Lindsay in so many ways. My husband also read the book and was filling me on things on the way home, but right after the movie when everyone was exiting the theatre it was silent. That made it even more emotional for me! I was fighting back my tears trying not to lose it.

American Sniper was very well-done- if you know the story of it (my hubs read the book) then you know the ending and that is the saddest of all. However, being pregoo and all, I didn't ugly cry as much as I did when I watched Lone Survivor! Whew!
