* This past Saturday night I made good on my word and created a little S’mores bar. Nothing fancy, just a few yummy new additions to the traditional Hershey chocolate! The dark chocolate with sea salt and almonds was amazing!!

* We knocked down the porch screen that screened in a small section of our back porch/deck this weekend and it opened our deck up so much more!! We plan to put a TV on that yellow wall in front of me in the picture below. I can’t wait to snuggle by the fire and watch our favorite shows! And looking at this picture I realized our porch needs a good scrub down and another coat of stain. The kids love to color on it with chalk though, so I know it will just look dirty again in no time 🙂

They also love to dance on the table!! There are so silly, and so fun. I am loving the ages they are at right now!

* I am in love with this zip front jacket! It looks so comfy, yet so chic! Not a bad price for $70.00 either!!
*Our house has officially been taken over by Halloween decorations and I kinda love it! Taylor gets all giddy every time she walks by the bats!

* The cabinets in the kitchen are being sprayed tomorrow and should be done by Thursday!! I am so excited I can’t stand it!! I think I confused some of you guys the other day with my lighting post. This is what I meant.

*Todd and I are skipping our usual dinner on date night tonight and we going to a movie instead. I love the movies. Popcorn, Sour Patch Kids, and Cherry Coke = amazingness! I am pretty pumped too because we are going to see Gone Girl!!! Have you seen it yet? What did you think?

Gah!! We saw Gone Girl Sat night and it was awesome! Did you read the book? I thought it was great, but pretty disturbing and the movie was even more tense. Hope you guys like it!
Gone Girl was awesome! They did such a great job of portraying the book and making the movie just as dark and twisted. Have a great date night!

I think the light fixture above your breakfast table now is nice! I do like the idea of something a little more "fancy" in the dining room though. I think I like your first pick the best.
