// Last night Todd and I took the kids along to attend the ribbon cutting and the grand opening of the new La-Z-Boy store in North Charleston. And I must admit, when I first got the invite I was a little hesitant to go. I think because when I hear the word La-Z-Boy all I can picture is my grandparents old recliners and big bulky couches, but I was so wrong, so very wrong. They have come a long way since my grandparents recliners for sure 🙂 And I am so happy I went and got to see so many of their nice pieces. I think it’s safe to say we will have a few pieces of La-Z-Boy in our new home. I tried to snap a few pictures while we were there, but having the two kids running around in a furniture store it was a little hard to take too many…ha!
I loved all three of the chairs in this photo (had seem them online but looked much better in person), plus, they were all super comfortable!

// Todd and I had a little unexpected date night on Tuesday. Carson originally had a baseball game so I had lined up a sitter for Tay (no need in even trying to watch his game with her running around), but the game ended up getting rained out, so we kept the sitter and snuck out to one of our favorite restaurants, the Wild Olive.
It was so yummy, and if you are local, I highly recommend the ricotta brussel sprout ravioli.
