Did y’all miss my train day last week? Well, no time for playing anymore because it’s in the 80’s here all week! Ahh, the warm weather makes me happy, but also makes me realize I gotta get my butt in gear!
Squats X3 60lbs
Lunges 15lb dumbbells = 20 reps
Reverse Lunges (bodyweight) = 20 reps
Speed Skaters (bodyweight) = 20 reps
Bent over row X3 40lbs = 12 reps
Now this recipe does not exactly go hand and hand with this workout because let’s be honest, it’s not really healthy, but I wouldn’t say it’s terrible either. Maybe just don’t add as much cheese as I did 😉 But hold the phone, it’s good and I mean real good!!!!
The only thing that I didn’t do for this recipe was the lime zest. I just skipped that part because I didn’t think it would make that much of a difference and I didn’t want it too limey!
