I know many of you may find it funny as I post a train day right after my tummy tuck, I mean really!? Even though I may not actually be doing this workout this week, I’ve done it many times before and plan to do it many more. They don’t call it the fat burner for no reason.
This is my favorite workout to do when I walk in the gym and just need a really good full body workout. It’s painful to make it 3 rounds but so rewarding when you’re done!!
The Fat Burner
Jumping jacks 1 minute
Squats 20 reps
Push-Ups 20 reps
Butt kicks 1 minute
High knees 1 minute
Full sit-ups 20 reps
Torso rotations 20 reps
punches with 5lb dumbbells 1 minute
Glute bridge (feet on bench) 20 reps
Mountain climbers 1 minute
Bench dips 20 reps
Repeat 3 rounds!!!!

Many of you have asked me to keep you updated on my surgery. You also wanted to know how I am feeling (pain wise) and what my stomach looks like at this point. I can not even tell you guys how pleased I am already. When they took the bandages off yesterday I almost started to cry. But then the nurse said don’t get too excited, you are still pretty swollen and are going to continue to swell more so the stretch marks may be a little more visible when the puffiness goes away. I am ok with that, it still looks so much better!!! 🙂 I would do this again in a heartbeat, I definitely made the right decision! I know I’ve said this a thousand times, but thanks again for all your support, you guys have made this such a easy/happy experience for me, and I am feeling so good!!! The pain has been so tolerable, I would compare it to a c-section minus the newborn 😉
{and those lines around my stomach are from the waits band I have to wear, to keep it all tight and right 🙂
Now don’t be jealous of that hot drainage tube 😉
