Coming at you guys late on a Tuesday with this weeks meal plans! And I actually made the greek chicken meatballs last night for dinner, and oh my goodness they were amazing you guys!! It was my first time ever making chicken meatballs, but it definitely won’t be my last!
I am really trying to eat cleaner right now for many reasons, with weight loss being a big one! So I’ll plan to eat my burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, and I am going to roast sweet potatoes as the side. For the kids I’ll leave the jalapeno out of their burgers, and toss some frozen fries in our air fryer for them!
Again these were amazing!!! And for a side dish I served them over rice pilaf, and cut up apples for the kiddos!
