Love this Caycee, keep it coming! Poor backwards Todd, that must had been some funny stuff. And don't blame yourself for that parking ticket, it happens to us brunettes as well 😉
Girl I love this series. When I took my drivers test, in nj, you were allowed to fail one thing. I told the guy that I couldn't parallel park so I got to skip it completely…at 40 years old I still can't do it and I am ok with that!!!!!
I was sooooo excited to see this on my FB news feed and rushed right over! I HATE parking downtown. I get a ticket every single time. Maybe I'm feeding the wrong meter too! Ha! I love skiing and hate yoga too! Well, I don't hate yoga, but I throw up every time I leave the class because I'm so hot and dizzy. Ugh.
Love wine talk 🙂
I totally feel you with the parrallel parking issues… One time I found a spot outside a really crowded restaurant where everyone happened to be eating outside. After 5 failed attemps at getting into the spot correctly, two police officers came over and one directed traffic, and the other made me roll down my window as he coached me through it! When I got out of the car everyone eating at the restaurant clapped for me!! I was dyinggggg
I love these sort of posts! Haha, parking downtown is a nightmare. I get so embarrassed when I can't parallel park – half the time I just end up driving away.
bummmmer about the yoga! but at least you gave it another try! xo jillian – cornflake dreams
hahahah this is all so great. i think i love the parking story best. like whoop whoop, i got this…but wait no i don't. haha. maybe share this post with the police department and they'll let you off? haha kidding. girl i feel ya on yoga. the only class that i've really loved was HIP HOP YOGA. yes, my gym has hip hop yoga. it was kind of amazing doing moves and poses to erykah badu and the roots and not falling asleep to boring music. but yeah the rooms do tend to smell so eww. oxo
LOL! love this. I'm not that fond of parallel parking either. I only learned it to pass my driving test; after that, I avoid it whenever possible, no matter how close the parking spot is 😉
You are too funny! I seriously give myself a fist bump every time I parallel park…I failed my driving test for the same reason!
Oh my goodness, you crack me up!! Reading this is like chatting with myself I swear!
I triple puffy heart LOVE your blog! I just could not stop laughing/crying about backwards Todd! I am laughing just typing this! And I'm gonna have to steal the "lose my shit" ecard!! Haha
Love your Wine Talks! I seriously crack up at all of your ecards–"the lose my shit" one is too funny/ true! Every blonde has those moments when you think you have it all together and then whoops! Win some lose some right!? I love your posts because you always are inspiring while keeping it real. Sometimes on blogs you just wonder, seriously how the h*ll people do it all and it is so good to see someone so honest! Love your blog!
Oh my gosh, I love this! 🙂 Thank you for the laughs today! So funny!
Don't give up on yoga! its so good for your body and mind ! and spirit ! it helped my anxiety massively ! the secret is to finding the right class for you ! small rooms and too much sweat is the wrong class ! find another studio and try another class ! get your friend to show you some moves before hand, that way you have an idea of what is what ! good luck ! I swear yoga saved my mind !
LOL! I agree with the working out inside a small space. I just feel like there are too many germs and so that's why I opted to working out outside or in my home. Plus, I couldn't stand wiping down someone else's sweat. YUCK. Anyway I run or walk almost everyday in a beautiful park by my home and breath in all the fresh air. XOXO
Congrats on that parallel parking! I know that's not easy!
So funny about the yoga. I decided to try out hot yoga and decided it was not for me! A small, dark room with the heat cranked up is not fun to me. But, I did love the yoga part of it. I took my first Barre class this week and loved it!!
Oh my! I absolutely love this post! Thanks for sharing "real life" moments with us!
Loved this post but so wish it was over wine/champagne rather! My husband also does so much so when he travels for work, I really feel the load. I'm not a yoga fan at all – definitely not for me! Although I really enjoy Pilates – have you tried that? Those e-cards are all for me – hysterical! x
I really love this wine talk series!
I can't parallel park either! And I'm too embarrassed to try when it's busy or other cars are coming.
This is great!! haha I thought I was not so good at skiing…that is until I went with my husband a few years ago, who is also usually good at most things he does, but not skiing! It was so funny to me to watch him! He decided having an adult beveridge and watching the skiiers might be more his thing. 🙂 Have a great weekend!
