It’s been a while since I’ve shared a good workout with you guys and my workout yesterday was killer so I thought I would share.
Repeat 4 times
* 20 Walking lunges
* 20 Kettle bell swings with 20lb kettle bell
* 15 walking lunges with arms and kettle bell held above head.
* Medicine ball torso rotation 20 times on each side
If I am being honest, I have kind of fallen off the healthy eating bandwagon and my tight jeans are telling on me! I keep blaming it on the fact our kitchen isn’t 100% complete, but let’s be real, the stove has never stopped working 🙂 So now it’s time for more healthy meals at home and less meals from a drive thru.
I made this dish last night and it was pretty good, especially considering how healthy it is!
Note: I used canned tomatoes and after last night I would not use the canned tomatoes next time. I think it would be much better with fresh tomatoes. Todd doesn’t really love tomatoes and my thoughts were that it would taste more sauce-like with the canned tomatoes. Yeah, not so much, it just tasted like canned tomatoes 😉
