Grilled Pizza may just be a new favorite for our family! After having it fresh off the grill, I don’t think takeout pizza will ever be the same.
The first pizza we made on the grill was Prosciutto, Arugula, Burrata Pizza
. I loved it, and it may have been my favorite of them all. Todd said he really enjoyed it too, but wished it had more meat and less arugula. #suchadudething
*Also, I had a lot of questions about the dough we used. We picked ours up from Whole Foods where they make their fresh oven brick pizzas. You just need to ask the guys making the pizza for the fresh dough, and they will go to the back and get you as much as you need.
Since we loved the first grilled pizza so much and we knew my mom was coming to visit for a few days, we decided to test out a few more recipes.
Holy smokes you guys, the Jalapeno popper pizza
will rock your world. It was so good that we ended up making two of these, and between my mom, Todd, and myself we ate every single bite.
Don’t judge from the picture of this one because I know it probably looks a bit funky, but I promise you…it’s amazing!
And for the kiddos, we just made a traditional kids pizza. Taylor and Carson both loved it, and ate the entire heart 🙂
