* How beautiful is this kitchen? My friend Krystine showcased this home on her blog yesterday and the entire thing is just dreamy. Since it’s located on Daniel Island, which is only about 10 minutes away, I am tempted to go see it person.
* I am in love with this pink blazer. I have a feeling I am going to become obsessed with blazers this year. They always look so chic and pull an outfit together.
* I am on the fence about what kind of book bag to get for Carson this year. Mamas with kindergartners help me out! Are charters cool or should we just go solid? All I know is he most definitely can not rock the seersucker with a teal fish and his name planted on the front.
Loving, and I do mean loving the new Lilly Pulitzer T-shirt dress. Both prints are amazing!! This new maxi is also equally as stunning.
* My favorite salad is a bean salad and this one looks delicious!! I like a regular salad just fine, but I would 100% rather have a bean salad over it any day!
* How cute are these new legging pajamas from Victoria’s Secret? New pajamas make me just as happy as new clothes do. I am pretty quirky when it comes to pajamas and I wear a matching set every night. Are you like that too, or do you just throw on a t-shirt and call it a night?

My son is 5 and LOOOVES Spiderman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles….he wants a character bag, but I am ordering him a solid red from LL Bean. That way if he gets tired of those characters his bag will still be good:)
I also recommend LL Bean Backpacks. My son is 15 and has carried that brand since second grade when I gave up on the cartoon/superhero cheap backpacks that barely lasted a school year before falling apart. He had the same one from 2nd-8th grade before he needed a bigger one for high school. His original one is still used for travel, etc. It's still useable and in fairly decent condition after all these years. I swear by them, no other brand can top them. e-cards are so awesome!

My little boy is going into kinder and I got him ll bean with his monogram. He was super excited when it came the other day. But I did get him a fun lunch box from pottery barn kids!

I always do an LL Bean bag, or one from potterybarn, and let my boys pick a character lunch box.
I haven't read the other comments, but when my daughter started kindergarten I got her a north face backpack. She's going into second grade now and it still is in great shape. I'm hoping we can make it through this school year before having to get a bigger one next school year. It's been the perfect size for kindergarten and first grade. (Plus, so many classmates had pottery barn ones so they all looked alike. Since her's was different it was easier to find in the cubbies). 🙂
