I have always wanted to have a chalkboard in my kitchen, I just didn’t want to pay Pottery Barns $150.00 for it! So I made my own. I just love the way it turned out! I got the mirror on sale for 16.95!!! I know crazy! So I had to by a special primer and chalkboard paint which totaled $35.00. So my entire total was $51.95, and still have lots of primer and paint left. I also found this frame for $10.00, it was this ugly light wood color. So I primed that sucker and painted away. I don’t think it looks to shabby for $10.00, and it holds our feet picture at the beach perfectly 🙂
