* This past weekend was so awesome. We didn’t do anything too crazy, but we had some really good family moments. Todd and I looked at each other at the end of the day Sunday and both said, “Today was really a good day!”. For the first time my little man caught a catfish all by himself. I was actually sitting with Taylor and we were feeding the turtles. I decided to run inside to get my big camera because the turtles were getting so close and they looked so cool. Well, about a minute after I walked back outside Carson started yelling, “I’ve got one dad!!!”. Oh, he was so serious and focused as he reeled that fishy in! I wish you could have seen how proud he was (I may have even shed a tear).
* I apologize in advance for the picture overload.

** Todd and I did manage to sneak off for a little date night on Saturday. Last week we skipped taking one during the week and decided a weekend date night would be fun and different. This dress came in the mail Saturday right before we left and I had to slip it on! I think it would be perfect for a holiday, wedding, cocktail, or just a fancy date night. Oh yeah, and best part it’s under $100.00!! I am planning on wearing it to an upcoming engagement party.

* I can’t tell y’all how much we have been loving our fire pit and outdoor TV this fall. It’s pretty much a nightly thing these days for us to light a fire, watch Austin and Allie, and roast S’mores! Yeah, those S’mores might have to stop on the week nights though 🙂

** My boys are so good to me and I don’t feel like I tell them enough how much I love and appreciate them. I hope Carson is as good to his wife as his daddy is to me. Carson and Todd ran out on a grocery run and I asked if they would grab me a coffee while they were out. They came back with a latte and fresh flowers. Not sure how I got so lucky, but I sure do love my sweet boys.
** We had our family Christmas card pictures taken on Saturday and I am itching to take a peek at them! Our friend Kim Graham took them and she has been taking our pictures since Carson was a newborn. She makes things so fun and relaxing (as pictures with two kids can be) and she even brings candy along 😉 We did a little outfit change with Taylor at the end and put this dress on her. Can y’all believe this is Old Navy and that it’s only $17.00!!
A few of you asked about the details of the outfit I didn’t wear. As much as I love it, I just felt it was a little to casual for Christmas pictures. It’s such a great outfit though, and the pictures do not do this skirt justice at all.
Denim shirt (currently 40% off) // Belt  // Skirt  // Bracelet
Last, I am so stinking excited to share with you guys a little collaboration I’ve been working on with Lulu and Georgia!! I am planning on posting the full reveal tomorrow, but I could’t resist showing you guys a little sneaky peaky 🙂

Happy Tuesday Loves!!!
