I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned it before, but I have been training with Zach Conrad, the owner of Chucktown Fitness
, for seven years now. And even though I don’t talk about fitness on this blog as much as I used to, it’s still a huge part of my life. So together, Zach and I are planning to bring you guys a new workout twice a month.
I am super excited to share what I do in the gym. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will also help to hold me accountable and also help me clean up my diet up a bit. Diet has always been a struggle for me, but I find the more I get my booty in the gym, the healthier I tend to eat.
Back and Legs – Do everything below 3 times
*Reverse Lunges – 12 reps on each leg with 30 lb bar
* 12 TRX jump squats
* 12 TRX single arm pulls on each arm
* Plank position pushups on 25 lb medicine ball
*60 lbs assisted pullups for 12 reps
