First I would like to start this post off my saying I have lost 11 lbs and 3 1/2 inches on my waist! I am feeling so good, and I am really enjoying the results. A special thanks to my awesome Nutritionists, and my rock star trainer! Now with that being said I still have 12 more lbs to loose to get to my goal weight of 115, and don’t worry when I get there I will post pics 🙂

Any who I have been cooking dinner every night for the past two months and this turkey chili is our Thursday night staple! we are not hard to please(with food I may add) and my husband and I are both creatures of habit, so the same thing every week does not bother us 🙂 It is so yummy and so easy!

What you will need……….. I love the publix chili powder by the way, but you can use which ever you like!
Dice up you bell pepper, half and onion, and 2 garlic cloves
Throw in your turkey, bell peppers, and onions and cook all together.
 Drain your meat and veg’s!
You don’t have to drain and rinse your beans, but I do just to lower the sodium.
I put my garlic in last, because burnt garlic is NO good! I also add a can full of water to my chili to make it a little soupier. Ta Da there it is easy turkey Healthy chili Enjoy!
