Hello friends and happy hump day!! My kiddos had a half day today, so it’s been crazy around here, hence why I am getting this post up late.

*Also if you missed my instastories earlier I shared that I went to the tanning bed yesterday, and that’s why my stomach is SO red and burnt. Note to self- I am not 20 years old anymore, and the tanning bed will burn you ha!

I wish the coloring was the same in both pictures to be able to see the results better, but I can still tell a slight difference since losing four pounds and a few inches. Todd and Carson said they could tell a big difference, but I am just not seeing it.

But the most important part is I am feeling SO much better physically and mentally!!!

And this past month even though I started working out, I definitely had plenty of cheat meals and lots of alcohol, so this month I am planning on cutting back on alcohol a lot, and only having one cheat meal a week. I have my 20 year high school reunion in 5 weeks, so this month is time to get real serious!!!

Weight- 130 (down four pounds from where I started)

Arms- 11.22″

Waist- 27.72

Hips- 34.88″

Thighs- 21.64

You can see my original post here with what I’ve been eating, and I am still eating a lot of those things but I’ve added a few things to the mix this month. Next month though I promise to take more pictures, and share more homemade healthy recipes!!!

For Breakfast over the last two weeks I’ve been consistently just having a caffeinated better days green drink. I am loving the way they make me feel, and I haven’t been hungry for breakfast once. Use my code CAYCEE10 at checkout to save 10% off of your order!! My current favorite flavors are artic pop, raspberry limeade, and strawberry pineapple.

As far as frozen meals go, these two below have been quick, taste really good, and are pretty healthy.

For a snack I’ve been eating a large fuji apple almost everyday. Fuji apples are my favorite, and I love how big they are.

I’ve also added in a lot more salads, even when I go out and eat. We have tacos once a week, and I have been loving a taco salad, and I haven’t really even missed the shells.
