Good morning, ladies! I hope your Wednesday is off to a great start!
Today is officially day three of Whole 30 for Todd and I, and I’ve got to be honest, it’s a lot harder than I thought. I feel like I’ve been living at the grocery store and spending two hours checking ingredients. And the headaches, holy shit, the headaches! Either way, you guys have been so amazing on Instagram. And for all of you that have done this before, let me know that it gets a lot easier and that the headaches will go away. And most important, that I will feel amazing at the end and that it’s all worth it.
I know a lot of you are starting Whole 30 for the first time as well, and you have requested I share all of the recipes I make with you. I am so glad that y’all asked me to do this, because for one, it holds me accountable, and two, it inspires me to try new recipes. So really, I definitely need to be thanking you guys!
When I saw this recipe for white chicken chili I knew I had to make it. Even if you aren’t doing Whole 30, I still highly recommend this recipe…the coconut milk makes it taste so delicious!

Up next, many of you requested the recipe for the breakfast bowl I posted yesterday morning. For whatever reason, I’ve been craving something sweet in the mornings lately and then wanting more protein and veggies for lunch in the afternoon.
I used this recipe for my bowl, but I omitted the blueberries and protein powder. I omitted the protein because I’m waiting on my vital proteins to arrive. For extra toppings, I used a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes.

For those of you that are doing Whole 30 right now, I would love for you to leave me a comment and share any tips and/or must make recipes you guys have!

Also, I wanted to share a few super comfy and casual outfits I’ve been wearing lately. I was so happy to hear your feedback and how you wanted to see more everyday, easy looks. Because let’s be real, these kind of outfits are my favorite and what I really want to put on everyday.
Hands down my favorite long sleeve swingy tee. For reference, it runs tts and I’m wearing the xs.

  1. Thanks Caycee! I'll definitely have to try out the Whole30! I have no idea what it's about but I love your recipes! XO

I am doing W30 this month (did it last year for 2 months because I loved it so much) and it definitely gets easier! Once you get familiar with the 'rules', it's 2nd nature and you will feel amazing. One of my favorite breakfasts is roasted sweet potatoes (roast them before, in-skin in tin foil) and pan fry them along with a couple eggs. I use coconut oil because I love the taste – you can add in some cumin or cinnamon to the sweet potatoes for some additional flavor. I then put 1/4-1/2 an avocado on top. It's soo good! Also, that swingy top is my favorite too… think I'm going to buy in grey! Good luck on W30… enjoy your blog!!

I keep hearing about that white chicken chili! I'm going to have to make it this week. We started for Jan. 2 and our favorite recipe so far has been slow cooker buffalo chicken over sweet potatoes! Sooo yummy if BC is your thing!
