Most of you probably know by now that working out is a huge part of my life. That being said, with the holidays being so busy and the fact that we’re moving, I haven’t been making it to the gym as much as I would like. I have, however, been able to hit the pavement for some quick sprints as soon as Todd gets home from work. Sprints have always been a go-to for me, as far as cardio, and with the little time I have it’s the easiest way for me to get my sweat on while burning a ton of calories.
Now that the temperatures are finally dropping around here, I get to enjoy layering up in some of my favorite workout gear from Lululemon. Their workout gear has always been a favorite of mine, and in my opinion, this year’s new collection is their best yet. These fast and free tights that I have on suck you in and keep you warm, but their new Nulux fabric makes it feel as though you are wearing nothing at all. I can promise you, if you ever put these on you won’t want to take them off. Just ask poor Todd, I’ve been sporting them for the last three days 🙂
Speaking of the holidays, Lululemon has made it super easy for you to shop with a “gifts for her” page, plus, a “gifts for him page”. And trust me, Todd likes Lululemon just as much as I do. I know he would be just as thrilled as I would to get some new Lululemon gear for Christmas.

Hi C– made your sweet potatoe recipie for Thanksgiving! They were so delicious! Also made one of your paleo recipies for dinner!

Wondering how gluten free is going for you and kids!? I'm trying too to be better! Maybe a post with more recipies and how it's going with the kids?
